Amount: Minimum 11 rupees to maximum 200 rupees per customer
Terms:
- All GP Prepaid (Friend, Smile, Business Solutions (1,2,3,5 and Successful) Prepaid, Ekta (1,2,3,4), GPPPP, VP customers will get maximum Rs. 200 as Dynamic Emergency Balance
- The minimum emergency balance for all customers is 11 rupees
- Find out the emergency balance allotted to you by dialing * 121 * 1010 * 2 #
- Customer needs to dial * 121 * 1 * 3 # (charge free) to get emergency balance
- Customers can use Emergency Balance (including port) for any voice call and any SMS.
- Emergency Balance will not charge any incoming SMS, monthly subscription fee and EDGE usage.
- Minutes purchased (e.g. bundle) and other free bonuses will be given priority over Emergency Balance in terms of usage.
- The amount of Emergency Balance will be determined based on the usage of the customer
- Roaming usage does not apply to Emergency Balance
- At the next recharge of the customer, the Emergency Balance amount will be deducted only from the amount recharged or refilled. In case of partial recharge (less than the spent emergency balance), the partial amount will be deducted from the recharge amount and the remaining amount will be deducted from the subsequent recharge or refill.
- Emergency balance amount can be used at any time
- Customers will be able to take the next emergency balance only after paying the previous amount
- Customer needs to dial * 121 * 1 * 2 # to check Emergency Balance Amount (Charge Free)
- Product Tariff and Product Pulse Applicable to Emergency Balance
- In order to enjoy the Emergency Balance, the original account of the customer must be valid
- All other tariffs, services and pulses will remain unchanged
- 5% supplementary duty is applicable on all charges. 15% VAT on total value including supplementary duty + 1% surcharge on basic call rate

When you have less than 2 taka balance in Skito SIM, you can get 5 taka emergency balance by going to the menu of Skito app. Term 30 days. This loan will be deducted on the next recharge. With Skito Emergency Loan, calls, messages and even internet can be used. Use the Skito app to see the balance.
Ways to borrow Robi Emergency Balance

Amount: Minimum 21 rupees to maximum 100 rupees per customer
Terms:
- With this feature, all Robi prepaid customers will get instant balance based on demand up to Rs. 21-100 depending on their previous usage.
- Demand-based instant balance credit limit will vary from month to month depending on customer usage and recharge type.
- The customer does not have to dial any registration cancellation code to cancel the demand based instant balance registration. Just dial the code above to get the balance each time.
- Customer can check the status of demand based instant balance as per instructions below:
- USSD: You can dial * 123 * 006 # (for free), or
- SMS: Write START O and send to 811.
- Customer can use instant balance money based on demand for any voice call, local SMS, and purchase of any voice and bundle. Customers will get extra 1 minute with loan money. Below are the minute details:
- A small service fee will be deducted when repaying the loan.
- The original loan will be repaid first; Then the fee will be deducted.
- If the customer recharges later, the demand based instant balance (recharge money or 60% of the total loan, whichever is less applicable) will be deducted from the recharge money.
- Customers can use the full or full range of instant balances based on demand.
- Customers will not be able to take any other credit if they do not repay the loan after making full use of this credit limit.

- The eligibility of the service will depend on the credit usage of the customers per month.
- Emergency balance cannot be taken again until the previous loan is repaid.
- Automatic loan amount along with service charge will be deducted after recharge.

- Tk 2.44 including VAT and surcharge will be deducted as service charge for each loan.

Terms:
- Advance Balance can be used for any purpose during the unlimited period
- After taking Banglalink Advance, the loan amount will be automatically adjusted with the next recharge of the customers.
- Dial * 874 * 0 # to know how much Advance Loan (Emergency Balance) is left.
- Customers need to have a balance of ৳ 10 or less on their mobile to enjoy Banglalink Advance service.
- 1.5 (including VAT SD & SC) will be deducted as SMS charge for loans of Rs. 15 or more
- Customers will not be able to request another Banglalink Advance Balance until the previous Banglalink Advance has been paid.
- All Banglalink prepaid and call and control customers will be able to enjoy this service.

Amount: You will get 10, 20, 30 or 50 rupees depending on the customer.
Terms:
- The term of Emergency Balance will remain unlimited.
- Emergency balance will be deducted automatically after recharge.
- To know the balance dial * 1122 * 0 # or SMS Loan info to 1122
- The customer’s maximum emergency balance limit will vary depending on the credit usage each month.
- Service fee will be deducted on emergency balance.
- VAT and surcharge will also be added to the service fee.
- The maximum limit of Emergency Balance will be determined as per the conditions given in the table below
