Although this feature is not yet available in all countries, this additional level of security will soon be seen in the app’s privacy settings menu. Once the fingerprint unl can be set, the time can be set based on the settings selection. Separate settings have also been added so that messages do not show up in the notification bar.

WhatsApp can be unlocked in iOS either fingerprint or face unlock, but only Android users get the benefit of fingerprint unlock.
