Mr. Harvey is now doing all his research on Artificial Intelligence. “I don’t think people will ever lose control of artificial intelligence,” he said. “We are working actively and in the future we will be able to reap greater benefits from using this artificial intelligence,” he said.

He added that one of the results of the research by scientists and engineers working with Microsoft Research is Cortana, a voice-controlled virtual assistant. Other companies like this have virtual assistant apps like Apple’s Siri, Samsung’s S Voice, OK Google etc. All of these digital assistant apps have encouraged us to spend more research and money on artificial intelligence.
