Carrot pickle
Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Add whole mustard, salt, chilli powder, fried spice powder and mustard oil. After mixing very well, keep the mixture in a clean glass jar and close the mouth tightly. Keep glass jars with pickles in the sun for at least a week. Shake the jar once a day.
