Do you run YouTube too much on mobile? Do you like the red and white interface of YouTube app? Then YouTube has brought good news for you. A new Dark Mood is coming to the site’s mobile app, which if turned on will turn its white user interface black, and will reduce your eye fatigue even a little bit.
At the moment, YouTube is offering Dark Mode facility only in iPhone / iOS app on mobile.
If you want to turn it on, you can open the YouTube app and select the dark theme from the settings menu by touching the profile image at the top right.
Last year, a dark or black theme was launched on the YouTube desktop site. Sign in to YouTube on your PC and click on the profile image at the top right of the screen to turn on / off the dark theme.
According to YouTube, Dark Mood will soon be available on its Android app as well. Then I hope that the black color dark theme can be launched on Android just like the iOS app. However, stay tuned for updates.
