You can make mango or mango smoothies with different flavors. This summer will bring peace to the body.
Materials:
Cute frozen ripe mango – 1 cup, cubed frozen guava (without beech) 1 cup, banana – 1 cup, honey or sugar 2-3 tbsp. Spoon, powdered milk – 1/2 cup, cold bottled milk – 1/2 cup, cold coconut water or cold water – 1/2 cup.
Blend all the ingredients well together and serve cold.
