Social networking giant Facebook To launch a mobile advertising network AnnouncementGave. The new service, called ‘Audience Network’, unveiled at the company’s F7 conference on April 30, will allow developers to display ads on their third-party apps.The ad network has been experimenting since last January Facebook. Then came the rumors about the launch of such a potential service in the technology world. And yesterday Mark Zuckerberg officially recognized the audience network.
It will compete directly with Twitter’s ‘Mopab’ and Google’s ‘AdMob’. Facebook’s share price rose more than 1% soon after the service was announced.
The Audience Network allows you to display ads in your mobile app in three formats. These are Banner, Interesting and Native. In the next few months, this marketing service of Facebook will be available for new advertisers.
