There are two advantages and disadvantages to this potential new community strategy for Facebook. As you can see, if we like the content of a fanpage, we “like” it – so that we can get its regular posts in our newsfeed. But when the follow button comes, this feature may disappear. If you want to get the updates of the fanpage on the Facebook home, you have to ‘like’ and then ‘follow’.
In order to ‘protect the mind’ of others, by liking their page and unfollowing it, you will also get relief from the ‘less preferred’ content.
What do you think? Can the rule of “Like (Like + Follow)” twice on the same page be confusing and inconvenient?
