Twitter has acknowledged The emails, passwords and personal information of some 250,000 users were leaked. Owners are then asked to set a new password via email by blocking the passwords of the affected accounts.
The NY Times, WSJ and Washington Post have blamed Chinese hackers for attacking their servers. However, no Chinese hacker group has acknowledged this.
