Reading news directly on Facebook Arrangement Is the world’s largest social networking site. As we usually see, news links of different newspapers are shared on Facebook and we read the news by clicking on them and visiting the site of the respective newspaper. But the whole news can be read by staying on Facebook through the new feature of Facebook ‘Instant Articles’. The way we look at other people’s status / photos on Facebook is a lot like that.

Facebook claims that if you go to the newspaper site to read the news by clicking on the link, it takes 6 seconds to load the page. On the other hand, with the Instant Articles feature, news can be read ten times faster, because all its content (text, photos, videos) is on Facebook’s server.

Initially, this feature will only be available on Facebook’s iPhone app. The company did not say when Instant Articles will be available on other platforms. Currently, selected news items from National Geographic, BBC News, The New York Times, Guardian, etc. can be read directly from Facebook.
