As a result, the problem of random response to the comments of different people will be solved as before. In addition, with the help of this new feature, page admins will be able to organize Q&A sessions on various topics.

At the moment, only Facebook page owners have the ability to reply to comments. The admin panel shows the option to turn on the feature in large size. However, whether you turn it on now or not, the default comment reply will be on on all Facebook pages from July 10. The feature will also be launched on popular Facebook profiles with more than 10,000 followers.

Comment reply facility is currently available only in desktop version. Later it will also be brought on mobile platform.
