Paddy-seed planting season is going on. In our village in the past at this time workers were brought from other districts and engaged in agriculture. There was a festive atmosphere in the house with 8-10 strangers.

They would not get tired even after working all day. In the evenings they would talk to us about their area. Folk songs were sung at the end of dinner. There was deep emotion and pity in their throats. When I was in class two / three, a group of people was brought in as usual. The songs in their voices sounded unfamiliar but they were very good. I also recorded a few on cassette.

One of the songs I still remember. The song was like this: “Palaiba koi jaiya re manush, palaiba koi jaiya. Azrail asiya yedin bandhibe kasiya re.

There was loadshedding during the song recording. So I had to record using pencil battery. Of course, that cassette is no more. But that tune still rings in my ears. Agriculture has not happened like before for many years.

This time one of our neighbors has brought some workers for the sowing season. Today’s staff is digital. I saw a little while ago, they are watching movies on mobile. Riaz, Shabnur, Amin Khan starrer ‘Heart Bond.’ Then the music video was playing. When I came to my house and sat in front of the PC, I noticed that the people were singing. That song in the open throat sounds really wonderful.

MBA internship defense up front. There is still a lot of work to be done on the report. Despite being under a lot of pressure from this blog and other online functions, I went back to that class two-three পরিচিত the familiar tune from many years ago began to float out of the open window. But now I have to sit in front of the computer again. Lots of work.

Some memories are really a lot of happiness, a lot of joy – in the midst of hundreds of activities that fill our minds, relieve fatigue. May all your lives be filled with happiness and joy. Thanks.
