How will this test

** This test can be done without anyone’s help. The test kit will contain a tube and saline water. Gargle the water with your mouth for 15 seconds and put it in the tube. Then it will be sent for the test with its mouth closed.

** After bringing the lab, a chemical will be added to the saline water. It was invented by NEERI. Mix that chemical and leave it for 30 minutes. After that the gargle water will be heated to 96 degrees for 6 minutes. This is how RNA will be extracted from that mixture.

** After that RNA test results will be obtained within 3 hours.

RTPCR already in that method (RT-PCR) Test has been given to Nagpur Municipality. Other labs in the country will also be given this test method. The center thinks that this will speed up the corona test in rural areas.
