Google buys private photo sharing app ‘Odaisi’

Unpublished amount of money to private mobile backup service ‘Odaisi’ Bought Google. The app’s development team will now join Google+ and work on developing the service’s photo management service.

Odyssey stores and synchronizes images and video clips taken on mobile phones to users’ computers and other devices. The service allows you to share photos securely and confidentially.

Now that the ownership of Google has passed, the iOS and Android apps of the service have been removed from the respective App Store. However, the company says it will continue its service until February 23. During this time users will be able to download their photo archive.
