Viruses or malware, these things are just another name for panic for users of various technology products. Or more specifically recently added to this list Wanacry / Wanacrypt ronsomware. At the individual level, even in the business sector, various harmful programs have put people to sleep. Millions of Android device users around the world are now living in fear of the virus. Android developer Google has released a free antivirus thinking about all of them.

Google has unveiled a new security feature for Android at this year’s annual developer conference in the United States. This security system, called Google Play Protect, will protect users from dangerous and harmful apps through machine learning and app usage analysis.

Google Play Protect is not a separate app, but will be added to each device’s Google Play Store app. In other words, if you have the Google Play Store app installed on your phone, then you can enjoy the benefits of Google Play Protect service.

Google Play Protect will run automatically. You do not have to give any instructions. It will be on all the time. Google Play Protect will scan over 50 billion apps on more than a billion Android devices every day. By scanning the app, it will know which app is harmful and which app’s activity is suspicious.

However, whenever an app arrives in the Google Play Store, Google scans it and verifies whether there is anything harmful. But when a user installs these apps on their device, then Google can no longer find that app. Because then it stays in the user’s device. After that, it was difficult for Google to understand whether the app is doing any harm to the user.

Now with the Google Play Protect feature, Google will be able to monitor apps in the Play Store all the time, even on the user’s device. It will continue to run in the background within the phone, so this is great news for the Android community.

In addition to the antivirus feature, Google Play Protect service also includes ‘Find My Device’ and ‘Safe Browsing’ features for Android. Even before Find My Device Android Device Manager Google used to provide an app called, through which the location of the lost device can be determined. And the Safe Browsing feature will be provided through the Chrome browser, which will prevent users from browsing malicious sites.

Google Play Protect The Google Play Store app will be available in the next few weeks Reported Google.
