Terms:

• 3% supplementary duty on package price and 15% VAT on price including supplementary duty will be applicable.
• The extra recharged amount of package price, VAT and supplementary duty will be added to the customer’s flexi balance.
• Recharging the above mentioned amounts will only activate internet, minutes and bundle pack, you need to recharge another amount for flexi balance.

• Applies only to recharge amounts from Flexiload point. The above mentioned amounts cannot be recharged or activated by any other means.
• Auto renewal will be applicable for internet packages (excluding 100 MB 500 MB pack)
• 2G speed will be applicable for 60 MB pack
• Customers who are not covered by 3G coverage will be able to enjoy maximum 2G speeds.
• Volume based packs will be charged Rs 0.01 / 10 KB for additional usage (up to a maximum of 200 MB)
• Social Facebook Pack-A (after 60 MB), Smart Pack 299, Smart Pack 499, Smart Pack 799-A (after 500 MB, 1 GB and 2 GB respectively), Heavy Usage Pack – At Night (2 GB) After) and heavy browsing packs (after 8 GB) fair usage policy will be applicable. Package will be de-activated when the allotted volume for 20 GB pack is exhausted.
