Earlier on Monday afternoon Grameenphone Key partner Telenor’s Asian Area Head Sigve Break met with the Finance Minister.
Regarding the discussion of the meeting, the Finance Minister said, “The report of Grameen Commission on 3G license fee and Grameenphone has been discussed. They are unhappy with the report of the rural commission. However, I have assured them that the government has no intention of revoking Grameenphone’s license. ”
