Cardamom – 3 tbsp
Cinnamon
Dried chilli powder – 1 tsp
Honey – 1 tsp
Hot spices – 1/2 tsp
Kasouri fenugreek – 1 tsp
Cream – 1/4 cup
How to make
Heat the pan and add 30 grams of butter. Now stir in the onion slices, tomato, ginger powder, garlic, raw chilli, dried chilli and almonds one by one. Now add whole cloves, cardamom and cinnamon. Add 1/2 cup of water for seasoning. When it becomes spicy, take it down and cool it. When it is cold, blend it well. Now fry the pieces of cheese in a pan with a little oil until light brown. Now pour the mixture with 20 grams of butter in the pan. Stir in salt, hot spices and dried chilli powder to taste. Give one teaspoon of honey for dessert. Sugar will not be used in this cooking. Now mix one spoon of Kasouri fenugreek and three to four spoons of cream and give it to the pieces of cheese. After cooking for about five minutes, prepare Paneer Lababdar. This whole cooking will be on low heat.
