Send money to your favorite number for free!
The cost of sending money to a favorite number in development does not apply. In other words, you can send your favorite numbers for free.
A bKash customer can add 5 bKash customer account numbers as their favorite number every month. However, agent or merchant number cannot be added to favorite number.
This means that only the personal development number can be added as a favorite number and send money for free. Conditions of free send money to favorite number are:
- There will be no charge for sending money up to Rs 25,000 per calendar month on favorite numbers.
- From Rs 25,000.01 to Rs 50,000 per month, a charge of Rs 5 will be applicable for transactions on favorite numbers.
- If the monthly transaction on the preferred number exceeds Rs. 50,000, a charge of Rs. 10 will be applicable for each transaction.

In case of border transactions, higher charges will be applicable as per the above mentioned limit. Example: A customer has already sent Rs 24,500 to a favorite number in 1 month. Now if he wants to send another 800 rupees to a favorite number, (Total 25,100 rupees), then a charge of 5 rupees will be applicable for this transaction. Similarly, a customer has already sent money of Rs. 49,500 to a favorite number in 1 month. Now if he wants to send another 800 rupees to a favorite number, (total 50,100 rupees), then a charge of 10 rupees will be applicable for this transaction.
A customer can have a maximum of 5 favorite numbers at any given moment.

Send money to any number other than favorite number
Charges applicable in case of send money to any number other than favorite number
- You can send money of Rs.100 or below to any number other than your favorite number every month without any extra charge. In case of send money from Rs.100.01 to Rs.25,000, a charge of Rs.5 will be applicable.
- A charge of Rs 10 per month will be levied on any amount of money above Rs 25,000 on any number other than the favorite number.
As per the above mentioned limit, in case of border transaction, a charge of Rs. 10 will be applicable. Example: A customer has already sent Rs 24,500 in 1 month to any number other than the favorite number. Now if he wants to send another 800 rupees (total 25,100 rupees), a charge of 10 rupees will be applicable for this transaction.

BKash cash out charge
The charge applicable in case of cash out in development depends on the source of cash out. Let’s find out, how much money does it cost to cash out development.
Cash out charge from bKash app
1.75% charge will be applicable to cash out with bKash app In other words, it will cost 18.5 rupees to cash out every 1000 rupees.
Again BKash favorite agent number You can cash out with a fee of Tk 14.90 per thousand. You can cash out with a fee of Tk 14.90 up to Tk 25,000 on bKash favorite agent number.

To set the development favorite agent Go to the Cash Out section of the bKash app. Favorite agent can be set from there. You can also set your favorite agent number from My Development option by dialing * 246 #.
BKash cash out charge from ATM
When bKash cash is withdrawn from an ATM, a charge of Tk 14.90 per thousand is applicable. However, it is not possible to cash out less than 3 thousand rupees from the ATM. So you can enjoy the benefit of relatively low cash out charge only on cash out above 3 thousand taka.

BKash’s USSD code can be cashed out by dialing * 247 #. In that case 1.75 percent charge applies to cash out.
