Researchers in the United Kingdom have found that coronary heart disease increases the risk of coronary heart disease in young people if they are slightly overweight.

The study, published in the Lancet, found that young people were more likely to have this problem. Finding out who is at greater risk for coronary complications has been found.

The study looked at days of repeated lockdowns and corona restrictions.

According to the report, those whose body mass index or BMI 23 are at the highest risk.

BMI or Body Mass Index is an indicator of how much a person should weigh.

Studies have shown that an increase in BMI by one point increases the risk of hospitalization by 5 percent. At the same time, the risk of going to ICU increases by 10 percent.

A study of 8 million people in England found that those under the age of 40 were most affected.

The effects of being overweight have been found to be less in those over 60 years of age.

The formula for finding the ideal weight in BMI method is:

BMI = Weight ÷ Height 2

(Weight should be calculated in ‘kg’ and height in ‘meters’.)

For example, a man weighs 80 kg, his height is 1.6 m.

Then BMI = 60 ÷ 1.82

Or 60 ÷ 1.6–1.6 = 24.8.
