Although Intel upgrades its processor lineup every year, the changes are minimal, but this time Intel says the tenth-generation processor class is undergoing major changes. Intel is bringing a total of 11 tenth generation processors for laptops.
The lowest power consumption (9 watt TDP) ranges from the Y series Core i3 to the 26 watt TDP U series Core i7 processor. The less powerful ones are basically ultrabook and hybrid devices and the more powerful ones are made with multimedia laptops in mind.
Intel says the clock speed of these new processors will be much higher than before and will be able to work faster for the same reason. Not only clock speed e, but also the use of larger sized L1 and L2 cache memory in the processors has significantly increased the performance.
In addition, the new processors use Intel’s previous UHD graphics as well as high-end Irish Plus graphics, which will make video editing and gaming work better. Soon different companies will bring laptops with these processors in the market.
