Soft drinks or sugary drinks or sugary fruit juices – sweet drinks can cause kidney disease.

Researchers at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in the United States have found that regular consumption of sugary fruit juices, sodas and other beverages can lead to chronic kidney disease (CKD).

This is the result of their research. Researchers have also included water mixed with sugar in this risky drink.

They said: “Some of the patients who took part in the study reported taking different types of water, including ‘flavored’ or artificially flavored drinks and ‘sweetened’ or sweet-drinks.

Casey Revolz, an assistant professor at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in the United States, said: In particular, there is very little information about the risk of kidney disease from any type of drink. ”

The researchers conducted the study on a total of 3,003 healthy kidney men and women. The results showed that 175 of them, or 6 percent, were infected with CKD.

The study, published in the Clinical Journal of the American Society of Nephrology, found that those who regularly drank excessive amounts of sugary soft drinks were 61 percent more likely to develop the disease than those who drank normal amounts.
