Adequate amounts of vitamin C are found in citrus fruits. Regular consumption of this fruit increases the body’s resistance to disease. It is also known that drinking lemon juice and ginger in lukewarm water in the morning helps in shedding fat. But this fruit can be used in many more ways. E.g.-

The rice is crispy : Many people cook pressure cooker rice in a hurry. But most of the time the rice sticks together and becomes lumpy. To get rid of this problem, add a few drops of lemon juice in rice water. The rice will be neat.

The sugar will remain soft : Not only juice but also lemon peel has many properties. Once the lemon is used, do not discard the peels. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. In a sugar bowl, especially if you use brown sugar, put a slice of shell in it. Usually sugar lumps harden. But if you have lemon peel, that will not be a problem.

Fruits and vegetables will not turn black : If you keep the fruit for a long time, it becomes black. To eliminate this problem, cut the fruit and put a few drops of lemon juice. Lemon juice is so acetic that it blocks the oxidation process of the fruit. You can follow this method even if you cut the potatoes.

It is convenient to boil eggs : If you let the eggs boil, many times the shell will burst. To get rid of this problem, apply a little lemon juice on the skin before putting the eggs in boiling water. This problem will be solved.

Use instead of salt : Eating salt is extremely harmful to health. But many people use more salt to enhance the taste. Many dishes do not require much salt. A little lemon juice enhances the taste. You can use lemon juice instead of salt to make a specially baked food or meat steak.
