South Korean electronics company LG today Google Introducing the all-in-one desktop computer powered by the Chrome operating system Announcement Gave. Called ‘Chromebase’, the new PC will have a 21.5-inch widescreen (Full HD 1920 x 1080P IPS) monitor, Intel Celeron processor, 2GB RAM, 16GB ISDD storage, 1.3 megapixel webcam, etc.Accessories like Mouse, Keyboard, Speaker, Cable Organizer etc. will work with Chromebase. It has HDMI, USB 2.0 (3), USB 3.0 (1) and LAN ports.
You can also use this new computer monitor from LG as a screen for other PCs. It has built-in Chrome OS capable of quick boot and allows you to perform various official and essential tasks.
Of course LG They themselves say that as the primary customer of Chromebase, they are mainly giving priority to business establishments, schools, colleges, hotels, call centers etc. As you may already know, Google Chrome OS is basically cloud dependent, which means you need to have internet connection if you want to make full use of its various features. Google’s various web services such as Drive, Search, Chrome Web Store, Maps, YouTube, Play, Google Plus, hangouts, etc. will be integrated.
Chromebase will be on display at the International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) next month, in January 2014. However, LG did not give any information about its release date or price.
