The research institute has published an informative report on this StarCount. The firm has compiled a list of the top ten brands discussed on social media throughout 2013. It uses information from Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and other popular social media.
According to that ranking of StarCount Samsung Being the top social media brand of the year! This year, the South Korean electronic giant has gained 17 million followers from multiple social media platforms, making it to the top of StarCount’s top-ten list.
Walt Disney came in second. Disney has been able to get into this position easily with the increase of 1 million followers on Chinese Twitter ‘Sina Weibu’. National Geographic took third place.
