Software maker Microsoft’s new product Surface Pro has begun to receive mixed reactions from users. Of the tech-savvy writers, bloggers, and everyone else who has tried this Windows 8 Pro-powered tablet, a large number of comments have been negative, which has dampened Microsoft’s bid for the iPad. While all the software that can be used on the desktop runs well, the battery backup of the Surface Pro is disappointing. It has less than four hours of standard battery test, which puts Apple ahead of the iPad. Some have also expressed dissatisfaction with the usable memory of the 64 GB version.

All in all, many people are advising to buy Surface RT instead of Surface Pro, as it is relatively less expensive and lighter. However, if you keep in mind the speed and performance, the Surface Pro can be your ideal mobile computer even with a little less battery life.
