From now on, Microsoft will provide updates twice a year with new features for Windows 10 operating system. The company plans to make major updates for Windows 10 in March and September each year. Since Windows 10 Update (Creators Update) has already been released once this year, the next update is expected in September.

This announcement also applies to the Microsoft Office 365 Proplus package. In other words, Microsoft will also update twice a year for Office 365 Proplus software.

Although the official name of the next Windows 10 update has not been announced by Microsoft yet, the name Redstone 3 is being heard in public. In the meantime, the Windows Insider version has got some new features like ‘Windows Power Throttling’ to save power in the background app.
