My experience with Xiaomi headphones

At the moment, Shaomi’s popularity is almost at its peak in the Asian smartphone market, including Bangladesh. Xiaomi, popularly known as Apple in China, has quickly become popular due to its attractive features, good features and beautifully designed devices at relatively affordable prices. In December 2015, I bought my first Xiaomi smartphone. With the Redmi Note 3, you can use Pure Chinese brand smartphones. Xiaomi usually does not provide any headphones with these medium budget mobile phones. For the convenience of using the phone in the current way, it is necessary to collect headphones separately. Earlier I had a headphone that came with the Samsung Galaxy Grand 2, which didn’t quite match the Shaomi. So I bought Shaomi’s headphones.

The name of the headphone is a little big. Xiaomi Mi Iron Ring In-Ear Headphones Pro. The full name is not used together. Is known to break down. I bought the headphones in August last year. This is how I feel about using it in this post.

Device design

MI Iron Ring Earphones have two color variations. One is black, the other is gold in white. The black variation has a slight gray tinge. In the golden-white variation only the metallic parts are gold, while the rest are white or off-white. I bought the Golden Variation.

If you are accustomed to using earphones (earbuds) that are pressed into the ear, then this design will be perfect for you. An additional six rubber earbuds are provided with the headphones. I like the design of the earpiece.

The main connecting cable of the MI Iron Ring Earphone has a threaded insulator or cover. The earbuds of the two ears are made of rubber, the two wires that are connected separately from the junction of the main wires. The yarn-covered part has a distinct appeal, but for structural reasons this part quickly becomes unclean. Think for yourself, is a cloth dirty quickly, or a plastic one? It is not possible to wash the headphones with soap / detergent as it is an electronic device. So half of this white earphone will gradually become dirty, and the upper rubber part will still be white. Shaomi should pay some attention to this.

It would have been convenient for me if the whole headphone had its rubber. There is an elegance in the synthetic / yarn cover, but in this case it is a bit detrimental to the UX.

Well, what is elegance and UX? Elegance means elegance or beauty. And UX is ‘user experience’, which refers to the user’s experience of something.

Technical design

The MI Iron Ring Pro earphones have an earbud for the right ear, a microphone and controller buttons along with wires. The functionality of the three controller buttons on the headphones can be customized by connecting to the mobile. By default, the middle button plays / pauses music. The other two buttons can be used to increase / decrease the sound volume or change the track. Touching the metal casing of this part gives a ‘pro’ feel.

Each earbud of the Iron Ring earphone has two extra fine holes that help in producing good quality sound. The actual performance of the headphone can be enjoyed if it is properly attached to the ear. Otherwise the sound quality will not get better.

Comparative performance in terms of price

The price of MI in-ear Pro headphones in Bangladesh is around 1600 to 1800 rupees. Shaomir On the website It is priced at. 25.99.

The performance of MI Iron Ring Pro headphones is good. Even if it is used continuously for a long time, it does not bind to the ears. Noise is very low (convenient). The quality of the music is amazing. It compares directly with the iPhone earphones. The best results can be obtained by setting the Xiaomi phone’s own equalizer. However, there are some basic differences between the MI Iron Ring and the iPhone headphones. After inserting the rubber earbud into the ear, you will hear very little outside noise. And if you loosely listen to MI earbuds, the sound quality will not be good.

Not to mention that MI Iron Ring headphones are perfect for those who are serious about music. Of course, it produces a good batch, but some sharp music reduces a lot, which is less common in the case of iPhone earphones. However, if the equalizer is better adjusted, maybe it can be fixed.

Solid earpieces made of iPhone plastic have nothing to fit tightly in the ear. External sounds can also be heard relatively well through these ears. At the same time, the meaning of the music does not change much.

Now if you don’t want to hear outside noise, then Shaomi’s headphones are good for you. And if you want to hear the sound of the outside, as well as the music of the earphones, then IPhone headphones for 29 Can buy. Xiaomi headphones cost less than Apple headphones.

Microphone

I have heard the reputation of these headphones of Shaomi long ago. But I didn’t get interested in buying it because I don’t hear such a song (tends to zero). Headphones are very useful when you need to talk on a mobile phone on the road. Besides, if you have a separate microphone while making live video on Facebook, the voice will be a little clearer, so buy headphones.

But the better the earpiece of the headphone, the better the performance of the microphone. Voice captures better than the phone’s built-in microphone, that’s what my experience says. I noticed the same thing in the headphones of the original earphones of the iPhone. The sound quality recorded in the microphone is not very good. However, the work of talking on the mobile is gone.

Conclusion

Shaomi’s two smartphones (Redmi Note 3 And Redmi Pro) And using an earphone has already become a fan of the company. I would give the MI Iron Ring In-Ear Pro headphones a 6.7 out of 10 rating for listening to music. If the microphone was a little better and had a rubber cover on the whole wire instead of synthetic / yarn weaving, I would give a rating of at least 9.5 out of 10. But what I’m getting at ৬ 28 headphones is pretty good!

Which headphones do you use? There is a request to share your experience with any type of headphones in the comments. Thanks.
