Apple fan site 9 to 5 Mac has tested the feature and also wrote positive comments about its effectiveness.

However, many may be a little annoyed if they want to enjoy this facility. Because, it focuses on all the options displayed on the screen and from these you have to choose the tool you want. Much like finding a phonebook number without searching on a button-dependent mobile phone, where it is mandatory to scroll over every number before the useful number.

This feature, called “Switches” under Accessibility, can be turned on or off as needed from the “Switch Control” menu. And by turning the head to the right or left, it will be possible to fix certain commands (such as going to homescreen, turning on Siri, viewing notifications, increasing or decreasing sound, etc.) accordingly.

You can also control all the options on your device from the “Actions” menu. Decreasing the scrolling speed and scrolling will also allow the device to take a break.

This feature comes in the second beta version of iOS 7. It has now been released to developers only and the final version will be released in October.
