Smart replay
With this feature, messages of messaging apps can be replayed without entering the app. The Smart Replay option will be directly attached to the notification.
System Wide Dark Mode
From now on, if you activate the dark mode, it will give a dark look to all the apps on the device. Apps that do not support Dark Mode will also work in Dark Mode.
New gesture navigation
Swipe right and left side of the screen before and after the app can be switched to Android 10.
Live captions
The advantage of live captions can be found offline in any media player on Android 10. In other words, live captions of any Facebook video or audio message can be seen on Android 10.
Location Data Privacy Update
Previously, the location data access notice had only two options, yes and no. A new option has been added to Android 10, through which users will share their location with the app only once. This means that the next time you need location access, the app will send a notice again.
New Privacy Settings tab
A new tab called Privacy has been added to the Settings app, from which the device’s full security settings can be controlled.
Updated on Play Store
The faster system update feature will be seen in Android 10. Security updates from Google will be available on the Play Store. Google hopes that this will protect the safety of all customers.
Focus mode
With the new Focus mode, users will be able to tie the time of using the app of their choice. Most users spend a lot of time on social media apps or YouTube. Focus mode will reduce that time a lot.
Family link
Parents can control their child’s Android powered device. Google claims that the Family Link feature will transform Android into a more family friendly operating system.
