To make a delicious biryani, you need to have the right amount of ingredients. Otherwise the taste does not come out exactly. I have eaten many kinds of biryani like Kachchi Biryani, Hyderabadi Dum Biryani, Sindhi Biryani, Veg Biryani, Mutton Biryani, Chicken Biryani. But have you ever tried this biryani made with shrimp? Make it at home in a very simple way and put it on the shelves for everyone.

Materials
Basmati rice – 2 cups
Bagda shrimp-1.5 kg
Onion -2 to medium (Slice and fry till golden)
Raw chilli kunchi-4t
Crush the garlic – 4 cloves
Ginger crushed -1 inch
Powdered turmeric-1 teaspoon
Powdered chilli – 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder – one and a half teaspoon
Coriander powder – one and a half teaspoon
Biryani spices – 2 teaspoons
Hot spice powder – 1 teaspoon
Rose water – 1 teaspoon
Keora water – 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander leaves, mint leaves
Ghee – 4 teaspoons
Condensed yogurt – 1/4 cup
Lemon juice – 1 lemon
Hair-6-7 strands
Hot milk – 2 tablespoons
Shaw cumin – 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon stick – 2 medium
Small cardamom-3 t
Clove-3t
Bay leaves-2-3
Raw Chilli – 8-10 (Rip)
Like salt-taste.

For biryani spices
Cinnamon – 1 stick
Small cardamom-3 tb, clove-3 tb
Bay leaves – 2 tbsp
Whole pepper – 8-10 p.m.
Star Anise-1 p.m.
Large cardamom – 1 o’clock
Jayitri – 1 p.m.
Nutmeg – 1/4 tsp
Whole cumin – 1 teaspoon
Whole coriander – 1 teaspoon
Dried chilli-2 tbsp.

In a dry pan, fry all the spices on medium heat till the aroma comes out. Grind in a grinder. Fill the airtight container with this powdered spice. So that you can use it as time goes on.

Shrimp marinade
Wash the shrimp well, remove the shell, remove the veins and clean it. Beat the yoghurt well in a large bowl. Mix turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, hot spice powder, 1 teaspoon biryani spice, lemon juice, salt and 1 tablespoon ghee. Mix half of the golden fried onion. Mix coriander leaves and mint leaves in half. Marinate the shrimp with the yogurt mixture and leave it for 30 minutes.

Method
The first step
Wash the basmati rice well in clean water and soak it in water for 30 minutes. Let the rice boil with 6 cups of water.

The second step
Add a little salt, 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1 cinnamon, 3 small cardamoms, 3 cloves and 1 bay leaf. When the water starts to boil, then boil for 4-5 minutes and turn off the flame.

The third step
The rice will be more than half cooked during this time. Then drain the water.

The fourth step
Mix saffron in hot milk. Spread the ghee well in the pot in which you will make the biryani.

Fifth step
First put the marinated shrimp and put rice on it. Sprinkle one teaspoon of biryani spice on it and spread ghee on it. This time pour milk mixed with rose water, keora water and saffron on top. At the end of all, spread the fried onion, remaining coriander leaves and mint leaves on top and slice the raw chilli.

Sixth step
Close the lid of the pot and seal the face with flour or aluminum foil. Then put the pan on the fire. Put the biryani pot on the hot pan and cook for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, turn off the heat and place on a hot pan for another 10 minutes. Shrimp biryani will be made.
