Own report: Black fungus is creating new panic in the country along with corona. Union Health Minister Harsh Vardhan gave an account on Monday. On the other hand, according to the estimates given by Union Minister Sadananda Gowda on Wednesday, the number of infected patients is even higher.

Union Minister of Health (Harshvardhan5,424 people have been infected with black fungus in 16 states of the country. Most of them are from Gujarat. It is followed by Maharashtra. 9 lakh Amphotericin-B doses are being brought for the treatment of this disease. Of these, 50,000 doses were found. Another 3 lakh doses will be available in the next 1 week.

Additional 29,250 vials of #Amphotericin– B drug, used in treatment of #Mucormycosis, have been allocated to all the States / UTs today.

The Union Health Minister also said that 5,424 black fungi (Black FungusAmong the patients, 4556 were infected with corona. The rest is new at once. 55% of the affected patients are diabetic. The Ministry of Health has advised that corona patients should not use unnecessary steroids in their treatment. Diabetes should be taken care of as much as possible.
