Ginger paste – 2 tsp
Garlic paste – 2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
Chili powder – 1 tsp
Cardamom Cinnamon – 3 – 4 tbsp
Bay leaves – 2 tbsp
Nutmeg Jayatri Bata – 1/2 teaspoon
Mawa – 1/2 cup
Ghee – 1/4 cup
1/2 cup of oil
Salt – like quantity
Raw pepper – 7-8 tbsp
Almonds – 8-10 tbsp
Raisins – 8-10 tbsp
Sugar – 1 teaspoon
Keora water – 2 teaspoons

Method
Step 1
Cut the native rooster into four or eight pieces and wash.

Step 2
Wash the polao rice and drain the water.

Step 3
Heat oil in a pot and fry onion.

Step 4
Add cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaves and onion in that oil.

Step 5
After 3-4 minutes add salt with ginger, garlic, coriander and chilli powder.

Step 6
Cover the rooster pieces with nutmeg and jaggery paste.

When it is cooked, add yoghurt.
