Patients recovering from covid in the second wave had abnormally high blood sugar levels. This was claimed by the Patna AIIMS or AIIMS (All India Institute of Medical Sciences) in India after a recent survey.
The AIIMS surveyed 3,000 patients who were cured of covid. After recovering from the covid, the AIIMS authorities inquired about their physical condition.
Anil Kumar, a doctor at the hospital’s post-trauma department, claimed that covid patients had reported 11 types of physical problems to them. It includes things like fatigue, loss of appetite, abnormal rise in blood sugar levels in the body.
Ames authorities claim that 480 out of 3,000 patients reported abnormally high blood sugar levels. 640 people said they were feeling very weak. 637 people said that even after getting rid of Kovid, they still feel tired.
