Chairs do not require any special type of chair for yoga. However, take a high chair so that your feet can touch the floor after sitting. Here are some yoga poses that can be done while sitting in a chair:
Chairs, benches and marjoram seats
To do this, you have to sit in the chair first. After that:
1. Keep the spine straight and both feet on the floor.
2. Place the palms of both hands on the knees or thighs.
3. Take a deep breath. Swell the chest outwards while inhaling.
4. Slowly move the spine to the back of the shoulder. Looks like a curve. This is Bitilasan.
5. Then slowly lean forward to exhale.
. Apply the chin to the throat. Shoulders and head will bend forward. This is the Marjorie seat.
. These two seats need to be slowly inhaled and exhaled. Do this seat at least 5 times.
Chair upper armrest
1. Sit up straight in the chair.
2. Raise both hands to take a breath. Make sure the hands are facing the front parallel to the shoulders.
3. Sit like this for a few seconds.
4. Then bring your hands down while exhaling.
5. Do this at least 10 times.
. Keep your back and body straight while doing this seat.

2. You should have a chair on your left hand side.
3. Hold the back of the chair and turn your head to the left.
4. Try to stretch the spine while breathing.
5. Now try to bend the spine as much as possible while exhaling.
. Do this yoga 5 times while breathing.
. Then repeat this asana with the right hand.
Chair raised side corner
1. Sit in a chair and straighten your back.
2. Keep your feet against the floor.
3. Take a deep breath and bend your legs forward as you exhale.
4. Keep one hand on the floor and the other hand upwards (towards the sky).
5. Stay that way for as long as possible.
. Then sit down and read in a normal way while exhaling.
. If you can’t bend completely, use the back of the chair for support.
. Then repeat this yoga with the other side.
Chair yoga can be done anywhere. If you are under a lot of pressure while working in the office, you can do a few simple yoga poses. This will allow you to relax and concentrate on your work.
