Bangladesh Primary Education Completion PSC / Ibtedayi examination results have been published. On Monday morning, Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid handed over the fruits to the Prime Minister at Ganobhaban. The pass rate in general primary this year is 98.56% and in Ibtedayi it is 95.60%.

Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid will officially announce the results at a press conference at the Secretariat at 12:30 pm today, according to sources in the Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education.

From 2 pm onwards, the results of this large public examination of the much desired country will be known through the concerned educational institutions, web site, SMS etc.

This year, 28 lakh 35 thousand 408 students have appeared for the examination in primary education and three lakh 14 thousand 6 students in ibtedayi. The number of candidates in English medium was six thousand 458.

Last year, 98.35% students passed in primary examination and 92.45% in ibtedayi. 2 lakh 33 thousand 140 people got GPA-5.

The above rule of knowing the result through SMS has been collected from Grameenphone Online Customer Care. Not sure if this will work on all mobile operators. However, I hope that 16222 portal will work on all operators. And if that doesn’t work, send an SMS from your GP mobile. (This post will be updated as we get more information)
