Materials: 1/4 cup carrot, 1/4 cup spinach, 1/4 cup cabbage, 1/4 cup onion, 1/4 cup coriander leaves, 2 green chillies, and 1 inch ginger , 75 gms flour, 25 gms chutney, 25 gms gram flour, 25 gms oats, 1 cup milk, 2 eggs, 2 tsp refined oil, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp cumin Powder, 1 teaspoon of white oil and salt to taste. On the other hand, for pancakes with chutney ingredients, 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds, 1 tablespoon (white) sesame seeds, a handful of mint, 2 tablespoons yogurt, 2 tablespoons raw chilli, 2 tablespoons garlic should be included in the list.

How to make: All the powdered ingredients including flour, oats, bran, salt, turmeric, baking powder, cumin powder and black pepper powder should be mixed together. On the other hand, cabbage, onion, spinach, raw chilli, coriander leaves, carrot and ginger should be cut. Then add milk and eggs in the flour mixture with all these ingredients and mix it well. A few teaspoons of milk can be added to the mixture if required. After leaving the mixture for at least 10 minutes, gently place it in a non-stick pan with a little oil on top of the hot oil. When it turns golden brown, fry the opposite side. After making all the ingredients for making chutney, you have to add yoghurt to it and mix it well.

Benefits: Vegetable pancakes contain all the nutrients including protein, all kinds of minerals, vitamins and complex sugars. Eggs, gram flour, yogurt and milk also contain a lot of protein which is beneficial for Kovid patients. Spices like green chillies, turmeric, cumin, sesame seeds and garlic help to increase immunity.
