Educational qualifications and work experience
General Manager (Construction)– Candidates applying for this post must have passed BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Must have at least 23 years working experience in major infrastructure projects such as bridge construction, highway / rail or metro rail projects. This 23 year experience must include at least 5-8 years of metro rail construction or deep excavation work experience. It is also important to be aware of contract management for large infrastructure projects.
Additional General Manager (Safety)– Candidates applying for this post must pass BE / B.Tech. Must also have one year PG / Diploma from a recognized educational institution on Industrial Safety.
Additional General Manager (Legal)– Candidates applying for this position should have passed the law graduation examination with at least 50% marks. Also a government agency or a non-government organization with an annual turnover of Rs 250 crore or above is required to have at least 17 years of experience in handling legal matters. You can also apply if you have experience working in this field in a government or private law firm.
Additional General Manager (* QA / QC)– Candidate applying for this post must have passed BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering. You also need to have at least 17 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control. Must have at least 5 years of experience working in Metro Rail / Large Construction in these 17 years.
Deputy General Manager (Finance & Accounts)– Applicants for this position must be graduates from a reputed educational institution / university and must be a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Institute of Cost Accounts of India, one of these two organizations. Candidates should also have 13 years of work experience in a government agency or a listed company.
