samsung-galaxy-s-IIIUsers and app developers have come under fire for failing to fix software flaws in South Korean company Samsung’s flagship smartphone, the Galaxy S III. Within weeks of the G3 launching, consumers reported data problems with the handset’s data copy. Due to this bug, the app running on the device only runs when copying more than 20 data items using the clipboard of Galaxy S3 and even Android powered Samsung tablets. Crashes.

In this case, the only way to get rid of the bug is a factory reset – that is, deleting all customizations to the device software at the very beginning. Without backup, only contents stored in the internal phone memory are likely to be lost forever.

But even after that, Samsung has been showing extreme indifference and irresponsibility towards such a deadly bug. The galaxy device maker has not even acknowledged that there is a minimum bug to fix the error.

According to developers and other experienced users, the “Android” gadgets that have “TouchWiz” software are the ones that are affected by the copy bug. Samsung’s Nexus series handsets do not have this problem. In other words, the error is missing in the stock rom of Android. The origin of this bug is in the customization of Android OS by Samsung. In addition, users who use “rooted” Android smartphones do not have any problems with the clipboard.

Copy bug fixes are only possible with Samsung. By issuing a single software update, the Galaxy Smart Device maker can save millions of customers from this critical error.
