Many people follow various diets and exercise to lose weight. But in some cases, there is no benefit. This leads to frustration. But why is that? Let’s find out where the flaws are.

One. Even if you are on a diet, you need to take the right amount of each food ingredient. Many people completely omit one or two essential nutrients. It does not benefit, it can not be followed for long.

Two. Weight loss will be followed by fatigue and constant tiredness. There are no long-term benefits to this diet. Crush diet cannot be done for a long time.

Three. Many times we take risks towards rare, expensive ingredients or supplements in the name of dieting. It is normal for such diets to become irregular as they are expensive. As a result, benefits are not available.

Four. Excessive diet slows down the metabolism. The calorie consumption is relatively low. As a result, the benefits are less.

Five. Excessive calorie intake or reduced food intake causes problems like loss of appetite, fatigue, weakness, inattention, bad mood etc. Again, thinking about what to eat and what not to eat increases stress. Lack of micronutrients also leads to malnutrition. Lowering the sugar level lowers the glucose in the brain, causing mental fatigue.

Six. Sleep is reduced due to being hungry. Insomnia causes hormonal variations. Sleep affects the hormones ghrelin and leptin, which regulate appetite and satiety. As a result, hunger increases. Especially at night to eat repeatedly. The result is weight gain.

Seven. Weight loss will be followed by fatigue and constant tiredness. But at some point it doesn’t work anymore. Other than that, the type of diet that applies to one person may not be applicable to another. So listening to others or watching the internet diet often does not give any benefit.
