The Xperia SP is available in black, red and white. Much like the flagship Xperia Z, the cover of this smartphone will be made of aluminum and will also have Sony’s well-known transparent light enabled bar. Xperia SP will run on Android 4.1 operating system which is almost one year old.
Sony’s new phone comes with 8GB of internal storage and a microSD card slot. Besides, there are useful technologies like LTE, NFC etc.
The Sony Xperia L is basically an even lower priced Android device; However, it has an 8 megapixel camera, 4.3 inch screen, 1 GHz Snapdragon S4 dual core processor, NFC, 8 GB internal storage with microSD card slot, etc. There is no LTE connection on this device running Android 4.1 operating system. However, 3G facility can be enjoyed on Xperia L smartphone.
The two new handsets in the Sony Xperia series are designed with customers in Asia and Europe in mind. The manufacturer has not yet commented on the possible price or any other release area.
