Why only Iftar is also the day of Eid for family members and guests as well as Shimui Jillipi Do not make a sweet face with. We are telling the recipe.

Making jellies is not as difficult as it sounds. And it doesn’t take much ingredients to make this delicious dessert. It is possible to make jellies with household items. So let’s tell you the instant recipe.
There are two steps you can take to begin the process of preparation for mediation. One, Jillipi. Two, its juice or syrup.

Jellyfish ingredients
Flour – 2 cups
Rice powder – 1/2 cup
Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
Food color – 1/2 teaspoon
Yogurt – 1 tablespoon
Juice or syrup ingredients:
Sugar – 2 to 3 cups
Cardamom – 3-4
Water

Method
Step 1

In a bowl, mix well with flour, rice powder, baking powder and food coloring. Put yogurt in it. Beat the yoghurt well beforehand. Now start whipping it with water little by little. The batter will not be too thin or too thick. You have to guess the density of the batter. The batter should be kept thick so that it can be easily fried in deep oil.

Step 2
When the batter is ready, cover it and leave it for a while. Now make jelly juice or syrup.

Step 3

Take one third of the water as much as you take sugar. This means that if you take 3 cups of sugar, you will need one cup of water with it. First boil water in a high pot with sugar in it. After a while, add cardamom in it. The water will gradually dry up. To test whether a drop of sugar mixed with water is pressed with two fingers to see if it looks sticky. If you stick it, you will understand that jelly syrup is made. And to make the water thinner means to boil it for a while longer.

Step 4

When the syrup is made, turn off the gas or induction. Let’s go back to Jillipi. Remove the lid of the batter container that has been set aside. You have to punch a jellyfish into a pot like a small hole. In this case, you can make a hole in the plastic by making a cone shape by filling it with batter and cutting the narrow side of the bottom with scissors.

Tired of eating monotonous breakfast? Try this new term for bread.

Step 5
You can also make holes in the same way by shaping the cloth. Certain pouches are available in the market for this purpose. Many people also make jellies with piping bags to give cake cream. Fill the pouch or bag with batter. Heat the oil very well in a flat pan with the edges high.

Step 6
Keep on designing batter jellies in deep oil. Fry both the backs well. Take care not to get burnt. When the jellies are well fried, put them in a saucepan. Let the jellies soak in the syrup for a few hours.

Step 6
You will get the real pleasure after holding your own jelly and biting it with two fingers. And home-made jellies are much healthier than store jellies in the Corona market.
