Talk account opening rules

• Install the Talk App from the Play Store or from the Apple App Store, enter the app and click the Continue button
• Then provide the phone number with which you want to register in the app, enter the number and press Continue and click Ok
• Allow the pop-up notice, the PIN code will actually sit on the phone automatically
• Then press Next to verify the account using NID card
• Click on the camera button below the text Scan the front side of NID card with camera to take a picture of the front of the NID card.
• Then scan the back side of the NID card with the camera in the same way by clicking on the camera button below the text to take a picture of the back side of the NID card.
• When the picture on both sides of the NID card has been uploaded correctly, press Next
• Then when the information on the NID card is displayed on the Scanned Information page, click Next
• Then click the camera button to actually take a selfie on the Take a selfie page
• When the selfie is taken, press Next button
• Since this selfie will be used for verification, make sure there is enough light in the picture.
• The information you provide will then go through the verification process
• After waiting for a while, when the verification is completed, the talk account will be opened after the initialization process.

Rules for using the talk app

To update profile in talk app

• Enter the talk app and click on the 4 box icon at the top right
• Click on My Account
• Click on the Pen icon at the top right
• Then you can change the profile picture, email, etc. of your talk account from the displayed page.

Rules for turning on call forwarding in the talk app:

• Enter the talk app and click on the 4 box icon at the top right
• Click on Settings
• Click on Call Forwarding
• Turn on the Forward to GSM Call option
• Then enter the number you want to forward the call to and press Ok.

Rules for recharging the talk app:

• Enter the talk app and click on the 4 box icon at the top right
• Click on Recharge
• Select the payment method, enter the amount and press Continue
• Complete the recharge by following the instructions displayed on the screen.
