Asus hit the shelves on the first day of Computex this year. The new laptop of their Zenbook series has come with dual display. Their ZenBook series always comes with premium technology. In addition to the primary display, the secondary small display has been seen in Zenbook before.
However, this time Asus wanted to surprise the customers a little more. The new Zenbook Pro Duo has two full size four displays. Never before has I seen such an ultrabook.
Its main display is a 15-inch OLED panel with a normal aspect ratio of 18: 9. In addition, there is a “Screen Plus” display with a 32: 9 aspect ratio of 4K resolution which is located at the top of the keyboard.
It can be used as a second display on a laptop. Another interesting thing is that it can be used as an extension of the original display if desired. And the bezel and chin area of the laptop will be smooth, so it will not be awkward.
In addition to having this display, they did not omit anything from the original keyboard. It has a full size keyboard and a hybrid trackpad which will work as a numberpad at the same time. Overall the whole laptop design is a lot like their Zephyrus gaming laptops.
The second display of the laptop holds three windows together. Asus also has its own software installed for better multitasking. At the same time, the default multi-display option of Windows has all the advantages.
The laptop uses Intel’s latest Core i9 processor and Nvidia’s RTX 2060 GPU. So even though it is a small body, it can be used as a nice gaming machine. It has USB, full size HDMI as well as a coolbolt port.
A few low end specification models will also come in the market at a lower price compared to the high end variant of the laptop. Asus did not say when the price would be available.
