Pani Puri
The common name with Fuchkar is Pani Puri. Fuchka is called by this name in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka and even Nepal. However, even if the name is the same, all the water is completely different from the other at once. In Mumbai, where you can find water soaked in sweet tamarind chutney puri jhal jhal ragra (peas), in Madhya Pradesh water puri is crammed with mashed potatoes. Fuchka
If West, Central, South India has fun in Pani Puri, then East India has fun in Fuchka. Beyond the borders of West Bengal and Assam, Fukka is also the darling of Bangladesh. The ingredients and taste are quite different from Puri Puri. Not sweet chutney, Fuchka bathes here in sour water. The taste of phukka filled with mashed potatoes and boiled gram is quite bitter. Fuchka in popularity, after Pani Puri is in Gol Guppe. In northern India, Fuchka is originally called by this name in Haryana.
