Consumer device manufacturers are not sitting in preparation for this. Companies like Samsung and Huawei are announcing their 5G supported devices one after another. Samsung recently announced the fifth generation network supported S10 5G with their latest flagship S10 and S10 Plus.
As no 5G service has been launched commercially in any country yet, the phone has not started selling yet. It will start selling soon.
However, South Korean mobile operator SK Telecom recently used the Galaxy S10 5G on their test network to see the phone reach a maximum speed of 2.6 gigabits per second on the 5G network. Of course, this is just a calculation of download speed.
Although this speed is less than the claimed 4GB of 5G but nothing less than Forge. Even a full-length full-length movie in a normal Blu-ray size of 4 GB can be downloaded in just 10-12 seconds with the Galaxy S10 5G.
Note that the Galaxy S10 5G uses Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 655 processor and Qualcomm’s X50 modem chip for 5G networking. Huawei, on the other hand, is not sitting still. They brought their Balong 5000 chips to support 5G. It is hoped that with the introduction of 5G, gradually all 5G phones will get great speed internet.
