Dag Kitlas, one of the founders of Apple’s digital assistant software Siri, has unveiled a new project that is a better mechanical intelligence assistant than Siri. The artificial intelligence app is called Viv, which was unveiled at a recent technology conference in New York. Done. Viv surprised everyone present in a 20-minute introductory episode.
This new Intelligent Assistant can answer many complex questions. Real-time demonstrations show how well it is able to answer certain types of questions. As Viv was asked, “Will the temperature around the Golden Gate be warmer than 60 degrees the day after tomorrow at 5 pm?” Viv is able to answer in seconds. There are also a number of other specific commands that make it perfect, such as ordering flowers, paying for water the night before, booking a hotel in just 60 seconds, and so on. Throughout this demo, Viv has been able to input all the commands in the commonly used spoken language.
The thing that makes Viv interesting is that it will run on different platforms. It will run not only on all mobile devices (whatever the platform) but also on home hardware and other gadgets.
Viv will always learn new things. In short, it will have the ability to program on its own. When Siri and Cortana receive commands outside of their predefined program, they search in a web browser or say directly that they do not understand, Viv does not.
However, it is not yet certain when Viv will be able to work with you. To know the latest information Stay tuned.
