Bangladeshi software firm Lotus Technologies has recently launched an Android app called “Parliamentary Elections” which will provide various information including votes, party names and symbols of all the elected, second and third candidates of all parliamentary elections from 1980 to 2014.

This Android app has its own website including Google Play Store http://nirbachan.com/ Available at Information on 300 seats in each of the above parliamentary elections can be viewed from this app without internet.

It also contains details of the votes received by the first, second and third candidates based on all the polling stations in each constituency, including the name of the party and the symbol of the candidate. All screens here have the facility to search, bookmark and filter. The “Parliament Election” app will be updated over time and new information and surveys will be added to it.

The creators of the “Parliamentary Election” app believe that it will play a vital role in meeting the needs of political leaders, activists, researchers, historians and interested citizens.
