Own report: The number of Kovid infections has dropped dramatically. Leaving three lakh houses, now two lakh are roaming. According to the report published by the Ministry of Health, 2 lakh 61 thousand 36 people have been infected in 24 hours. 3 lakh 8 thousand 741 people have recovered there. Undoubtedly this is good news. Because, the recovery rate would have been much less than the number of infected so far. There are several times more healthy than the infected. However, the death toll is alarming, 4,106 people have died in 24 hours.

This could happen as a result of lockdowns in different states, strict hygiene practices, and the issuance of new guidelines. Besides, more than 160 million Indians have also been vaccinated. That is why the number of victims is decreasing.

Due to the new infection, the total number of infected has been 2 crore 49 lakh 75 thousand 463. Corona has been released 2 crore 11 lakh 84 thousand 06. The total death toll stood at 2 lakh 64 thousand 390. There are still 35 lakh 17 thousand 996 active patients.
