A couple of years ago, Facebook announced the launch of the virtual assistant bot ‘M’ in Messenger, which is powered by artificial intelligence. This is Messenger’s own virtual assistant service. It can be used for booking plane tickets, buying bus tickets, ordering food in restaurants.

Or suppose you say to someone, ‘You get some money from me’, then Messenger’s assistant will take you to Messenger’s payment function which you can use to pay off debts. Also with this feature you can book tickets and set meeting time.
