Virtual assistant ‘M’ arrives on Facebook Messenger

A couple of years ago, Facebook announced the launch of the virtual assistant bot ‘M’ in Messenger, which is powered by artificial intelligence. This is Messenger’s own virtual assistant service. It can be used for booking plane tickets, buying bus tickets, ordering food in restaurants.
